Summer Gazpacho with Tribe Fire Seeds
This is the perfect option if you just want a light meal on hot summers day. Lots of people don’t like to eat a huge amount before exercise, so soup is a great idea for lunch if you plan to go running in the afternoon.
Ingredients

5 tomatoes

1 red pepper

½ a large cucumber

1 clove garlic

1 small shallot

1 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of dried chilli

Squeeze of lemon

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Water

1 pod Fire Seeds
Method:
- Chop all the vegetables and put aside a few pieces of cucumber and pepper for garnish and a bit of crunch. 2. Blend all the ingredients (minus seeds), adding water until you reach your desired consistency. Chill in the fridge before serving.
- Serve topped with the chopped cucumber, pepper, Seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.
