Adventures by Land + Sea. In Nov 2015 Sarah completed her London2London:Via the World expedition, which was a mammoth attempt to row, cycle and kayak 25,000 miles around the Northern Hemisphere. An inspirational journey, which took 4.5 years and definitely didn’t go as planned. Check it out here!
4. THE MORNING SHAKEOUT PODCAST
An interview with Hillary Allen (an incredibly inspiring and positive ultra-marathon runner). Hillary has an amazing story about survival - she fell 150ft off the side of a mountain while racing in Norway and was very lucky to survive. In this interview she talks about her challenging comeback and how the running community around her inspired her to dig deep and build up the strength she had lost. Listen here!
5. FURTHER. FASTER. PODCAST: Jasmin Paris
This podcast delves into why, and how, ultra athletes, mountaineers and explorers do what they do. This Special episode is with Jasmin Paris, the overall winner of the 2019 Montane Spine Race (268 miles across the Pennine Way, over some of the most uncompromising landscape in Britain...in Winter)!
