The TRIBE 10% Project is kicking off in January!
We want to be fearless, to empower everyone to test their limits. We believe that small changes in nutrition, lifestyle and training can help us perform at least 10% better. The 10% project is a challenge to each other - the TRIBE community - to improve and push our boundaries.
Throughout 2018, TRIBE will be organising a series of running, cycling and other challenges to push us forwards, kicking off with the TRIBE 10% Project: Tempo Challenge.
We are challenging you to incorporate Strength & Conditioning training in to your New Year January training routine with a series of four Tempo training sessions to kickstart your year. Commit to the Tempo Challenge to win rewards!
