Chilli & Paprika Crackers

These crackers are crafted with all good, whole foods – the flaxseed is packed with Omega 3, and the seeds are full of protein, keeping you full throughout the day. Top with hummus for an energising pre-run snack.


  • 1 pod Fire Seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice


Heat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, and leave for 5 minutes for the flaxseed to go gelatinous.
Spread as thin as possible on a baking tray that’s been lined with greaseproof paper.
Put in the oven for 30 mins
Take out and score to form a cracker shape-they’ll still be slightly non-crackery in texture at this point!
Flip carefully and place back in oven for a final 10 minutes.
Make sure you eat within a day OR keep in an airtight container because moisture will get to them!
