If you’re training for a big race and trying to eat healthily but need something sweet at the end of a meal, then this is the pudding for you. Tastes so indulgent but it is made up totally of unrefined whole foods.
Ingredients: Serves 1
2 tsp raw cacao
3-4 medjool dates (depending how sweet you like it)
2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp coyo
2 tsp maca powder (optional)
Water (to reach desired consistency)
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth then pour into a bowl and serve.
