Think you don’t have time to squeeze in a run before work in the morning? Make your breakfast the night before and then there is no excuse….!
Ingredients
½ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
½ cup almond milk
1 pod Sahara Trail Mix
Method
Simply mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut yoghurt and almond milk in a jar, then stir in the trail mix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. Add toppings of your choice and enjoy the following morning!
