9 medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup raw cacao nibs
½ tsp raw vanilla powder
Large pinch pink Himalayan salt
Tip your nuts into the food processor and pulse until broken down into small pieces. Don’t overprocess or you’ll have walnut butter.
Add all your other ingredients and buzz until the mixture sticks easily together between your fingers.
Remove the blade from the food processor and then roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
